Koa at Electric Boulevard – Battersea’s newest project on the block

Northern Line Extension – London's First Major Extension
On 20 September, 2021 Transport for London (TfL) opened the doors to the two new Tube Stations at Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station. Dubbed as the century’s first major extension project in London, it has dramatically improved the connectivity of southern London neighbourhoods to the central and west city. Moreover, it has been playing a major role in transforming this part of London.
Electric Boulevard
Electric Boulevard, termed as a new high street pedestrianized retail alley on the banks of River Thames, will boast residences, offices, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, boutiques, public spaces and a boutique hotel with a rooftop swimming pool. Dusk
