Art Dubai showcases visual and performing arts from around the world
Dubai’s art season may have kicked off with the Metro Music Festival on Sunday, but the main event of the year is here.
Art Dubai takes place from March 20-23 and is just one of a number of events and fairs taking places in the next few weeks in the city. Modelled after similar art salons, like Art Basel, Art Dubai is part of a week long exposition with seminars, galleries and much more.
Over 90 galleries in the city will represent art works from over 40 countries. Art Dubai tends to focus on more contemporary and modern art, so if you’re into more traditional art forms, you may wish to filter where you visit.

It’s not just visual art that you can see at Art Dubai. Aside from the Metro Music Festival, there will be performances, ranging from the full onslaught of Carnival from Caribbean to a modern take on Chinese Lion Dance, only in silence.
From The Palm Tower to Imperial Avenue, Copperstones has a variety of properties that have advantageous access to the Dubai Metro and all the cultural offerings of the city,
