The proposed regeneration plan of Canada Water includes the creation of 3,500 new homes, a new high street, shops, restaurants, and two million square feet of workspace. Forty new buildings ranging from towers of up to 50 storeys and buildings up to 6 storeys high will set the tone of the new development.
